Refund Policy

By purchasing digital products or services from PunyaSlogan (a brand of ExpertsBio), you agree to the following refund terms:

  • Digital Products: Due to immediate access upon purchase, all digital products are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once you buy, it’s yours—no take-backs.


  • Services: Once payment is made for services, once payment is made, you have 7 calendar days to request a refund, but only if we have not started the project. After the project begins, all fees become non-refundable. Modifications to service duration, start dates, or content do not qualify for refunds.


ExpertsBio holds no obligation to refund any fees partially or fully under any other circumstances.
